Why Choose CK4 Engine Oil
Engine sizes and component changes are being driven by changes in fuel economy and industry standards. Engine oil operating temperatures are frequently higher as a result. DOXA has created the 10W30 CK 4 engine oil for this reason.
What’s changing?
Many
next-generation engines will operate at greater operating temperatures in order
to achieve targets for more fuel-efficient engines and lower emissions. To do
this without compromising engine protection, adjustments to engine oil
composition will be necessary.
Also, it will
result in the creation of two categories of engine oils: CK-4 and FA-4. The
engine oils you are currently using will be directly replaced with CK-4 engine
oils, which will also be "backwards compatible" with all current
vehicles.
The new FA-4
engine oils, which are primarily for next-generation engines and are available
in lower viscosity grades, are intended to increase fuel efficiency without
compromising engine protection. These FA-4 oils would be labelled as such if
they had any limited backward compatibility. Currently, oil firms and OEMs are
testing these solutions in a variety of applications to show how FA-4 engine
oils can be backwards compatible without sacrificing engine protection.
Why do we need a new oil standard?
Oil
technology and engine technology go hand in hand. Engine makers are under
pressure to cut emissions due to shifting regulatory requirements. A new
generation of higher-performing diesel engine oils is required as engine makers
start to develop a new generation of cleaner, more fuel-efficient diesel
engines. Also, they need to be aware that every owner of a diesel engine will
be able to purchase such lubricants nationwide.
Using
cutting-edge technology, DOXA 10W30 CK 4 offers dramatically improved
resistance to wear, deposits, and oxidation. The oil can be used in almost any
vehicle. It can thus provide you the convenience of a single oil that is good
for almost all engine ages and vehicle kinds.
